THG MEME ›› DAY16: A question you wish had been answered in the books - What happened at Katniss’ trial?
Perhaps a question that isn’t asked by the fandom much, but it intrigues me quite a bit how to have a trial about someone without them present. Most are adjourned and postponed to a later date, but Katniss had somehow managed to stay alive once more. And how does one simply get around the fact that she shot their new leader? Who spoke for her? Who spoke against her? What did they say?
Now, let’s go over our schedule once again, shall we? Petunia, when the Masons arrive you will be…? In the lounge, waiting to welcome them graciously to our home. Good. And, Dudley you will be…? I’ll be waiting to open the door. Excellent. And you?
